Summary

Description The other side of Prek Toal as we move outside of the town down the water hyacinth infested high street. I was beginning to feel a tad uncomfortable again, for let alone water birds, I couldn't spot any bird of any kind- no crow, no sparrow, no mynah nothing. And these are the most common birds. No, don't worry, the bird areas are still about an hour away, my travel companion Marom assured me. (Prek Toal Bird Sanctuary, Siem Reap, Cambodia, Apr. 2014)
