Use the public transportation. On nights and weekends, there are free trolley buses run by Cleveland's Regional Transit Authority. Every 15 minutes between Tower City Center and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, there's a rail line operated by RTA. However, before heading to the city, do well to purchase fares online and plan your routes by visiting RTA’s website.
