  • Ishan Church – This is an abandoned Christian monastery in the area of the current Turkish province of Artvin. It was one of the important spiritual centers in the medieval Tajk. The church's floor plan consisted of four conches, a central dome, and four apses arranged in a star shape. The arches of the entrance and windows are decorated with geometric, floral, and figural motives. Animals and legendary creatures are depicted within geometric patterns.

Artvin’s otogar (bus station) is at the bottom of the valley at a distance of 5 km from the town center, beside the D010 highway near where the Erzurum and Ardahan roads separate on the southeast edge of town. Dolmuses (minibusses) run to/from Inonu Caddesi up in the town center.
